Money has been charged on my credit card but I still haven't received my Bitcoins. Why?

This might happen if your transaction has been flagged by our card payment processor’s security check. They use a risk engine that has the purpose to identify and flag high risk transactions.

If your transaction has been marked as such, it will be assigned to automatic review that takes less than 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, we cannot discuss the reasons for this decision as this is confidential information. We are constantly working to adjust the engine evaluation methods and make sure they are accurate. However, we are obliged to follow the engine recommendations.

If the transaction is indeed rejected you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued for you.

Remember it might take a few extra days for the funds to reach your account given that it depends entirely on bank processing times and is not related to our service at all.
