Buying bitcoins with banks transfer payment is very easy!

Make an Order

You need to log into your Conify Trade account and click on Buy Bitcoin on the left menu. Enter the amount you want to buy and you will get the equivalent in Bitcoin. Click on Continue.

Select Bank Transfer as payment method and click on Continue again. Note that bitcoin will be traded at the current available exchange rate at the moment Conify processes the order, which might be different from the one displayed on the transaction window.

Confirm Order

You will get now a summary with your Trade details: Bitcoin amount, fiat currency amount; Payment fee, and Total cost. You need to confirm these details before we direct you to our secure payment provider. Note that you have an Edit Order option on the top right, to go back to the previous window and change the order amount if you wished.

Add the address you want the bitcoin the transferred to, accept Coinify’s terms and conditions, and click on Continue.

NB! If this is your first order, the system will ask you to upload documents that verify your identity and account ownership. They will be reviewed by our Compliance team (which might take up to 48hs) and you will be notified about the outcome via email. Once you are approved, initiate a new order following the same steps as they were described up to this point.

Bank Order Instructions

You will now see a summary of your transaction with the Amount, Currency, and Reference text (Order ID Number). To complete the order you need to make a bank transfer to the account shown below. It is very important that:

1) you send it to that account, and not use any other Coinify bank account you might have from before.

2) you include that reference text/Order ID as message to the receiver when doing the bank transfer. Not doing so may cause delays in Bitcoin delivery.

You find it under the Trade History menu and it looks like this example right here #12345

3) the bank account used be in your own name. Spouses' and corporate accounts are considered 3rd party, even though you are the owner of such company, and the transfer will be rejected.

Trade History

You will now be able to see your order under Trade History with the status Waiting for payment. It will remain like that until we have received your bank transfer. Once we receive the payment and all the information is verified, the order status will change to Completed, Bitcoins will be delivered to the address you requested.
