Can I ask for a refund?

For Card Orders:                                             

Technically, the system does not allow you to ask for a refund because you have the option of cancelling the order, as long as you do it before the card is processed.

Nevertheless, refunds are issued in case a card order is flagged by our card payment processor’s risk engine. This security check makes automatic evaluation on all transactions based on that are adjusted and updated all the time.  In case this happens and your order is rejected, a refund will automatically issued and you will be notified via email.

NB!: Remember it might take a few extra days for the funds to reach your account given that it depends entirely on bank processing times and is not related to our service at all.


For Bank Orders:

Likewise, you are more than welcome to cancel the order before making the payment (before sending the bank transfer to Coinify). These orders can be cancelled form the Trade history menu on Coinify Trade, or from the Order History menu in your Blockchain wallet.

Please, notice the confirmation message attached: Cancellation has no effect after having sent the Bank transfer. The order will be processed and the bitcoins you purchased will be delivered accordingly.
